I, too, was at the 90 Day Planning Workshop that was mentioned above! Not only was I a participant, but a COACH that was "coaching" the 35+ business owners in the room. I thoroughly enjoyed the comments made above and could not agree more! As a matter of fact, it is always amazing to see the different "points" that are taken away from an event like that from different business owners in the surrounding area. I will be meeting with my clients that were in attendance this week to confirm their 2nd quarter goals, the strategies in place to achieve their goals, and also their MINDSET as they enter the next quarter. After conducting an excercise to determine "chacnges in our current environment" one businesses owner said, "Wow, it doesn't matter what type of business that we are in, everyone is experiencing the SAME types of challenges!" I could not have said it better myself! Business is business and people are people! Let's get back to the basics and grab this opportunity to make us better people, which will in turn make us better businesses!!
