What bugged me was when she called to sort of say sorry and mentioned how it wasn&#039;t my intention to save her money. I said, &quot;it was my intention to save you money, but not by staying with your current provider.&quot; 

Here&#039;s another great line I&#039;ve heard: &quot;give me a great deal and I&#039;ll refer you to lots of people.&quot;  From experience, here&#039;s what I know.  They won&#039;t sign up with you, and even if they did they&#039;d refer you to people just like them.</description>
